Now, What is a Phase? And How any Phases are there from starting of a project to the
ending of the project? Also What is work process there at SparxSoftware?

Hahhaa…Three questions in a row…OK… PHASE: It is just a part of process with a decided
timeframe. There are 6 phases including delivery of the project.

Let understand the Process(Phase) with the help of diagramme and some little description.




Requirement Study: This phase is commonly known as analysis phase, on the basis of requirement gathered by the team they analyze the project on the paper and then sends it to client to be approved. After his approval with a minor little addition. They prepare a new analysis sheet this is known as Post-sales analysis. This Document helps in further phase of the project.

Project Initiation: After completion of analysis it comes in the designing, on this phase client gets timely update about his project, so he know the current status of his valuable business.

Prototype: After completion of designing phase, project false under prototype phase. The phase name describe what it means for. Yes in this phase we develop a dummy website in XHTML and CSS with all dummy functionality. So client get the knowledge of project flow and know how the site will look like when the site will be live and more important what will be functional website after go LIVE. As other phases client gets timely update about the project status via mail email or phone calls.
